6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Return Period
You may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or modified
• Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale"
• Items without original packaging and certificates

6.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at info@liorvae.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Await return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back using a tracked and insured method

6.4 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

6.5 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

6.6 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@liorvae.co.za with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
